Approach · The Operating Model

AI is the production.
Direction is the craft.

Anyone can prompt. We direct. Every project that ships out of Generative Media has a senior creative director on it, sitting between the brief and the model — translating strategy into frames, holding the line on craft, and answering for every cut that goes out the door.

Three positions.
One studio.

Against traditional production: we ship in days, not months, at a fraction of the cost. No sets, no scheduling Tetris, no two-week revision cycles.

Against AI tools and freelancers: we own the brief, the direction, and the outcome. Brand-safe by default. Strategy-led at every frame.

Against in-house teams: capacity on tap. The studio that scales when your media plan does — without the headcount.

A typical pilot moves through three phases.

01
Day 1–2 · Brief

Brief & direct

A 90-minute working session with your team. We translate strategy into a creative direction: visual references, narrative spine, frame-by-frame intent. You sign off before any generation starts.

02
Day 3–6 · Build

Generate & cut

Frame-accurate stills for stakeholder review by day three. Motion comps by day five. Iterations are measured in hours, not weeks. Your team reviews twice; we revise once between reviews.

03
Day 7–10 · Ship

Finish & deliver

Final renders in your channel specs and aspect ratios. Localized cuts and variants delivered alongside the master. Source files, licensing documentation, and a brand-safety log included.

Five rules we hold across every brief.

01

Direction over generation

Anyone can prompt. We direct. Every brief is led by a senior creative director who has shipped commercial work inside real agencies.

02

Brand-safe by default

Every frame goes through senior review against your brand system. We hold the line on color, type, talent, tone, and trademarks.

03

Built for the media plan

Volume, speed, and variants are first-class. We're built to feed performance teams that ship every week, not campaigns that ship once a quarter.

04

Show, don't pitch

The work is the case study. We earn engagements through pilots and finished films, not capability decks and credentials slides.

05

Technology is invisible

You buy outcomes, not tools. We never ask you to care which model produced which frame. The model is ours to manage. The brief is yours.

06

Outcomes, with numbers

Every engagement closes with a results document: cost saved, time saved, performance lift. Numbers are how we improve. Numbers are how we earn the next brief.

What's on each project.
Creative Director
A senior creative lead who owns the brief end-to-end. Ten-plus years in commercial production. Answers for every frame.
Generative Producer
An AI-native production specialist running the model stack, version control, and asset pipeline. Fluent in current generation tooling.
Brand & QC Lead
Reviews every output against your brand system before it leaves the studio. Color, type, talent, trademarks, regulatory copy.
Account Director
Your single point of contact. Owns the timeline, the comms, and the working session cadence. No producer-handoff games.

A studio is defined by what it turns down.

We don't
Take long-form narrative, music videos, kids animation, or feature-length work. That's a different studio with different economics.
We don't
Sell tool access or "AI consulting." We're a studio. We make the work. You don't need to learn the stack.
We don't
Promise "unlimited" anything. We're craftspeople on retainers, not a SaaS dashboard.
We don't
Compete on price. Speed and craft lead. Cost is the supporting argument, not the headline.
We don't
Pitch capabilities. We send work. If you've reached this paragraph and want to see what a pilot would look like, the next page is where we go.

One brief. One pilot. Ten days.

Tell us what you're shipping and what the deadline is. We'll come back with a treatment, a quote, and a delivery date — usually within one business day.
