What clients ask before they sign.

Who owns the work?
You do. All output assets transfer to your ownership on final delivery. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio with your approval.
What about IP and training data?
We use commercially licensed generative models with documented training-data provenance. We provide a usage-rights brief with every engagement and indemnify commercial use against IP claims on Always-On and Sprint engagements.
Can you match our existing brand style?
Yes. The Always-On engagement begins with a brand system audit. For Pilot and Sprint engagements, we onboard your brand assets and references in the first working session. The studio's job is to match your brand, not impose ours.
Do you work with regulated industries?
Yes — fintech, insurance, and healthcare are core verticals. Regulated copy goes through a dedicated compliance pass, and we keep an audit trail of brand-safety review for every asset.
What if we don't like the first round?
Pilot includes two rounds of review; Sprint includes three. If after the second round on a Pilot you don't want to proceed to final, you receive 50% of the engagement fee back. No questions, no defensive emails.
How do we pay?
Pilot is invoiced 50/50: half on signature, half on delivery. Always-On is invoiced monthly in advance. Sprint is invoiced 40/40/20 against milestones. ACH or wire. US-domiciled engagement entity.
